Beware, you might be about to be scammed!!

Hello people, Here is some friendly advise meant for guys who are contacting women through this site. Please be aware that there are quite a few phoney profiles placed by professional scammers. These people are not the girls who's photos are being used here, they are mainly men posing as women and using photos taken from fashion and porn magazines, in most cases. Although, it has to be said that there are quite a few entrepreneur ladys around as well! The majority I have spotted so far are mainly from women who claim to be from Eastern Ukraine (Lugansk, Lutugino, Rodakovo, Metallist, Alchevks, etc.). There are also some Russian ones. If you take the trouble to find some sites which deal in dating scams, you will find the same photos, names and even reports on the kind of scam this people are trying to pull on everyone. Some tips that should help you to see the light: *If the photos you receive are good quality, expensive, professional shots, then the chances are that these are what they seem to be. The truth is that these girls do not have the money to pay for this kind of thing. *If you begin to receive half naked photos. The aim is to hook you in any way they can and as you know, sex sells! *If you are corresponding with a model looking girl half your own age and you are not a famous actor; then ask yourself why is this person corresponding with you? *If after a few letters you are told that you are the man they always wanted, but cannot continue corresponding with you because they have no money to do so. And of course you will be asked to help directly by the girl or in most cases her letter will be followed by another letter from the "company" who are helping the lady to communicate with you, telling you that you will have to pay for their services so the lady can continue writing to you. Of course, all this is rubbish and big business. Just think about it: 1- the same profiles are being posted in many websites. 2- they are corresponding with and sending the same letters and photos to hundreds of men all over the world. 3- They will keep doing it because lots of guys still fall for most of these scams! But there are other ways. Some will ask you to pay for their tickets or to pay for their visa to visit you and they will even show you documents if you ask to see something. Of course, they are false. Or you will hear stories such as someone in the family had an accident and they need money urgently and you are the only one that can help. Anything you can imagine, they have thought of it already! Some guys have travelled to visit the "love of their life" because they feel this is the only way to be sure and not to be scammed. But some have arrive only to find that when they get there they are being used as a cash point to buy expensive gifts, eat in posh restaurants not only for the girl but also for her friends, trips and sight-seeing; but the time to discuss the relationship never arrives. There is also the "tourist hooker" scam. These are women who will tell you everything you want to hear, but who will also discourage you from visiting them in their own country; on the other hand, they will be quite happy to meet you in any other part of the world, especially if it is a nice tourist resort somewhere. Of course, the scam is that you will have to pay for her trip as well as yours to be able to meet this woman. Do not expect a romantic trip or loads of sex, all they want is that you spend money on them. If you really want to give your money away, do it for a good cause, there are many starving children around the world!
